ADRIANO FAVERO – AFI – EFIAF – EFIAP/d2
Adriano Favero 1964 – 2022, viveva a Legnaro (PD) e lavorava come responsabile amministrativo in un’azienda industriale.
Autodidatta inizia a fotografare nel 1996 e si iscrive al Fotoclub Chiaroscuro di Piove di Sacco (PD) socio attivo fino alla sua scomparsa il 4.10.2022.
Dal 2002 al 2022 iscritto alla FIAF (Federazione italiana associazioni fotografiche). Per molti anni ha fotografato prevalentemente in bianco e nero e stampato personalmente le sue foto in camera oscura. Con l’avvento del digitale, pur continuando la predilezione per il b/n si è dedicato anche alla fotografia a colori. Si è interessato soprattutto al reportage, street, ritratto e foto sportiva. Oltre alla partecipazione a varie mostre collettive ha al suo attivo mostre personali a Correzzola (PD) (2005); Piove di Sacco (PD) (2005) ; Noventa Vicentina (VI) (2009); Lucca (2009) Pisa e Mestre (VE) (2010).
Sue immagini sono state pubblicate su vari cataloghi e riviste (Nazionali e Internazionali) e su tutti gli annuari FIAF dal 2004 al 2022.
Ha partecipato con grande successo a concorsi fotografici nazionali (110 premi con patrocinio FIAF) e internazionali (270 premi con patrocinio FIAP) conseguendo oltre 2300 ammissioni in oltre 47 paesi nel mondo, risultati che negli anni gli valgono le onorificenze nazionali della FIAF:
AFI (2011), EFIAF (2020). Internazionali della FIAP: AFIAP (2012), EFIAP (2014), EFIAP/b (2016), EFIAP/s (2018),EFIAP/g (2019)
EFIAP/p (2020), EFIAP/d1 (2021), EFIAP/d2 (2022). E’ stato fra i 5 finalisti alla Foto dell’anno FIAF 2017. Nel 2018 con 18 premi con patrocinio FIAF è stato al 4° posto tra gli autori più premiati dell’anno. E’ arrivato ad occupare la 9° posizione nella classifica storica della Fiaf per il maggiore numero di ammissioni, in totale ne ha accumulate 2022. Nel 2015, fa parte della rappresentativa italiana, che conquista la Medaglia d’oro alla 28th Biennale per Immagini proiettate della coppa del mondo svoltasi in Indonesia.
Nel 2017, sempre con la squadra italiana, conquista nel 2017 la Coppa del Mondo alla 27° Biennale per stampe colore in Norvegia.

La mostra di Adriano offre uno sguardo approfondito sul mondo dello sport, con particolare attenzione al tennis, disciplina che ha segnato la sua giovinezza a livello agonistico.
Oltre a queste immagini focalizzate sullo sport, la mostra presenta una varietà di scatti che catturano la vita quotidiana e situazioni casuali, spesso con un tocco di ironia.
Adriano Favero 1964 – 2022, lived in Legnaro (PD) and worked as an administrative manager in an industrial company. Self-taught, he began taking photographs in 1996 and joined the Fotoclub Chiaroscuro in Piove di Sacco (PD), an active member until his passing on 4.10.2022. From 2002 to 2022 member of the FIAF (Italian Federation of Photographic Associations). For many years he photographed mainly in black and white and printed his photos himself in the darkroom. With the advent of digital, while continuing his predilection for black and white, he also dedicated himself to color photography. He was mainly interested in reportage, street, portrait and sports photography. In addition to participation in various collective exhibitions, he has solo exhibitions in Correzzola (PD) (2005); Piove di Sacco (PD) (2005) ; Noventa Vicentina (VI) (2009); Lucca (2009) Pisa and Mestre (VE) (2010).
His images have been published in various catalogs and magazines (national and international) and in all FIAF yearbooks from 2004 to 2022. He has participated with great success in national (110 prizes with FIAF patronage) and international (270 prizes with FIAP patronage) photography competitions, achieving over 2300 admissions in over 47 countries around the world, results which over the years have earned him national honors from FIAF:

EFIAP/p (2020), EFIAP/d1 (2021), EFIAP/d2 (2022). He was among the 5 finalists for the 2017 FIAF Photo of the Year. In 2018, with 18 awards under the patronage of FIAF, he was in 4th place among the most awarded authors of the year. He came to occupy the 9th position in the historical Fiaf ranking for the greatest number of admissions, in total he accumulated 2022. In 2015, he was part of the Italian representative, which won the Gold Medal at the 28th Biennial for Projected Images of the world cup held in Indonesia.
In 2017, again with the Italian team, he won the World Cup at the 27th Biennial for color prints in Norway.

Adriano’s exhibition offers an in-depth look at the world of sport, with particular attention to tennis, a discipline that marked his youth at a competitive level.
In addition to these sports-focused images, the exhibition features a variety of shots that capture everyday life and casual situations, often with a touch of irony.
